We treasure the know-how of long ago by recovering traditional Piedmontese recipes, performing ongoing research and pursuing innovation to continue offering a product of excellence. We only select the finest ingredients for our products and strive to maintain the artisanal production methods handed down to us by the founding members.

Company structure

Since 2004, the company has been based in Biella. There, in its three laboratories, specialised respectively in the production of bread, breadsticks and biscuits/chocolate, 1800 tonnes of product are produced every year. The factory also contains a direct Point of Sale spanning 250 square metres and open to the public from 8:30 am – 1:00 pm / 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm, re-stocked directly from the production line on a daily basis.

Market & Business model

The products under the Brusa brand reach the consumer via its many customers in the organised distribution and traditional retail networks, in Italy and abroad. The company also operates in the HORECA and Vending channel and offers consumers the opportunity to purchase its products online through its e-commerce platform.

The brand’s export market is also expanding fast. The company currently exports its products to Europe, Asia, the Middle East and America and is registered with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) to export to the United States.

The company is certified to produce organic products and possess IFS (International Food Standard) certification, a global food safety standard.


The company’s streamlined structure and small dimension mean that it is highly flexible. The customer can rely on a range of services designed to personalise packaging and labels, offer a range of product weights and create Private Labels.
